Fitness Friday # 3

This Fridays post comes to you very late. I'm sorry, but it's been one hell of a busy day today.

I woke up this morning and was this close --> <-- to texting one of my coworkers and saying, "I'm staying home to sleep in.." But I was a good girl and figured I would go to work and just leave an hour or so early. The one GOOD thing about my job? My department is pretty much totally self sufficient and work well on their own without me there. Except for the coffee making thing...They make me really nervous when they gotta make their own coffee....That's why I make it every morning..lol But, I love keeping my staff happy, so I do not mind making it for them. Gotta take care of them and show them how I appreciate them. We are a great team and they need to know that. It's the little things that count! Anyways... I have done awesome this week with my treadmill and bike/abs routine. I was able to do it all of the required days. Sunday, Wednesday and Friday. I mentioned last Friday that I was doing my Treadmill then on alternating days I was doing my bike..



Yeah, that wasn't working so well. The running/walking combo and then no rest days in between was a stupid idea. I was really fatigued last Sunday when doing my routine and I knew that it was because I was not allowing resting days in between my workouts.

That was totally dumb on my part because our bodies need a resting day in between workouts. I really know better then that but I was just trying to do too much at a time.

So I have moved my biking day to after my treadmill. I am now doing 2 miles on my treadmill, then right after I hop on my bike and go for 5 miles. Both are a half hour each, so after abs workout is done I have only spent 1 1/2 half on my routine.

My legs are now recovering quite nicely. They are actually getting more shape to them and I am finding it to be a bit easier running because I am really strengthening my knees on the bike.

When I walked into the living room today my daughter actually said, "Oh wow ma... you have beautiful legs.."

And I said.... "yeahhh I know I do.." lol

Still did not start my upper body strength training like I wanted too. But I did get my magazines that I have been neglecting - read!

Which reminds me - Ladies... I put some links to some great fitness places over there on my sidebar. They are my favorite places that I visit. I also subscribe to their magazines as well. I love reading them each month. Sometimes it takes me a bit before I read them. But I love them. They are a no nonsense group of mags that are chock full of stuff to help you with dieting and exercise. It's a great resource for the men as well.

Well, I am off to bed kiddies. It's really been a long day.

Gonna be going with my bf and kids this weekend apple picking and my bf has promised me that I get to suck his cock tomorrow night! I am very excited about this. I need to give him a great blow job..!

I have been over sexed all damn week. I almost had a meltdown last night because I needed to get off so badly and my bullet didn't have any batteries for it!

So I had to suffer through with just my vibe.. heehee..

Amy - Thanks! It's NOT a pic of me though - Mine are in my HNT category.
I always give him a great BJ. And We had an amazing weekend! Can't say I "savor" the taste though. I do not mind it, but I'm a texture kinda girl.. lol
