Saturday sharing...
Quick post before I go and start my workout for the day. Got abs and arms to do today - so it's gonna take a while..lolI worked my legs on Thursday and they were screaming at me yesterday! Good Gawd - I was so sore..lol
Totally worth it though - I love that delayed onset muscle pain..Tells me I have worked out to the max for my body..
Another 2 lbs lost this week - I am so psyched! This brings my weight to 130 lbs. Only 15 more lbs to go. That's 4 more months I got to make it happen. I'm sure I will be able to. I will take 120 lbs - if I can get to that I will be a very happy girl.
I also lost an inch on my waist & hips as well. Can't remember if I mentioned it here last week or not?
Ok.... just checked my prior posts - I did mention it - here.
I found some awesome, easy, low calorie meals I want to post here. And also some cool workouts as well. They are tasty crock pot meals and are super easy to make. I just gotta get the time to post em. lol
Also - I have been working out using a great abs program, and I am definitely showing a difference in my abs.
I got the workouts from my favorite magazine - Robert Kennedy's Oxygen Magazine.
Seriously, if you ladies want to get in shape - this magazine is the way to go. It is not only no - nonsense, but it has great tips, articles, success stories and all that. The only part I don't read in it is the *pro weight trainers* pages.. Those are towards the back.. To me the women are too much muscle..lol
Other then that though, I read it from cover to cover.
I am starting to get my definition back to my arms and legs - I love it! I have been working hard for it these last 40 days.. give or take a few weeks..lol.
Well, I'm off to fold the laundry and then do my strength training. Everyone have a great Saturday!

February 21, 2010 9:34 PMI'm with you. I love to workout, too. Been a problem -- along with keeping up with my blog -- with waaaayy too much work lately, but I'm dedicated to get back into the swing now that the work pace has slowed back to normal.
