Spring is in the air. It is getting closer by the day. I can tell because my mood has lifted a bit and I am once again waking up - sexually.
My mind is once again looking at men like they are just objects, and my bf is constantly looking like a big old nummy sexy piece of man meat. heehee...
Here is a picture he sent me - he says it looks like me. It's not. But I thought it was cute. This is something we are still waiting to explore... I dunno if I want three guys at a time though! Two would be a great start. Just gotta find someone that wants to play!
I have made it through yet another winter here in Ma. Thank Goddess.
I know - there is still some time before spring gets here - but things are changing. I can feel it. Mother Nature is starting to wake up, stir in her sleep and will once again be opening her eyes and letting out a big ol' yawn as she starts the blooming of daffodils.
I was very happy with the results of my last
HNT picture. It seems that my exercise is starting to work and this makes me happy. I am applying all my knowledge I have learned over the years from reading, reading, reading!
So far, I have lost a total of seven pounds. And I plan on losing another 19. No more pathetic whining about why I
can't lose weight... I am just going to do it. I have done it before - and will be doing it again.
It's really simple to do - burn off more calories than you take in. Stay away from all the
pre packaged processed crap. You can still eat it - if you want, but if you are counting calories - why eat crap when you can eat the healthy stuff? And if you DO eat it - make sure it's a serving...not three.
Don't just go to the gym and lift weights, to burn calories and fat you need to do cardio as well. Sure, lifting weights/strength training will help you burn
more of the calories as it replaces fat with muscle - but you still need cardio. You gotta get that heart rate up.
Most people do not bother tracking what they eat. And if they actually
did bother, they would get a reality check when they realized just
how much they were eating.
Anyway... enough of the preaching. Sorry - I tend to rant about fitness and exercise. When I get into it though - I absolutely love it.
Today is leg day - I'm off to do my workouts. Gotta get my body in shape by the summer! Will be buying myself a nice new bathing suit this year!
