I must admit that that is true. <br /><br />2 months back I woke up one day, took a look in the mirror and suddenly realized that I&#39;ve not taken very good care of myself in the last few years. WTF!!! No wonder my sex life suffered. &quot;I&#39;m not fat, I&#39;m just not trim&quot; was the excuse I&#39;d used. Its too easy to let yourself go and start making excuses for yourself. <br /><br />Made the decision to change that very day. Went on a diet, started going to the gym again, even went to the dermatologist. <br /><br />I must say, 2 months on and 20 pounds lighter, I do feel a lot better and happier about myself. I hope more people realize how much better their &#39;well being&#39; would be if they paid more attention to themselves.<br /><br />I hope you find your hot guys.
